Ground Up USA is owned and operated by photographer, RJ Maliwanag. It was developed from the ground up capturing digital images and video of whatever possible using various types of cameras from ground eye level and from drones in the air as high as 400 feet up. RJ started PICSMEDIA many years ago covering many major motor sports events for print and online publications. He has years of experience in photography from capturing portraits, sports, landscapes, candid, travel, events and more.
